Our Adventure will begin with registration at the Bill Grey Pavillion on the Fairgrounds from 9:00 A.M.-9:30 AM. Each child will be assigned to a team as they arrive. Children are expected to stay with their team leader throughout the day. Please Help your child by introducing them to their group leader and explaining that they need to remain in their groups until you pick them up. Adults are welcome to stay with their child and attend each session, however there is a small adult fee for lunch.

2019 Little Caesars Pizza Kit Fundraiser for 4H Camp Fees
The kits can be sold by clubs or individual families to help 4-H members earn their way to 4-H Camp! For each kit sold 4-H members can earn $6.00 toward camp fee. This fund raiser is a pre-order sale. 4-H members collect orders, turn them into the Extension office and then pick up and deliver their pizza kits.

Gallia County 4-H has over 45 clubs to choose from. These clubs are located around the county and include traditional community clubs as well as specialty clubs. Specialty clubs include: horse clubs, dog club, afterschool and shooting sports. The key to success in 4-H is finding the right club that fits your child’s interest and family’s’ needs! The Gallia County Extension office is here to help you find that perfect fit!
The Gallia County 4H Enrollment Deadline is March 15th of the current year. Early Registration for a Club Bonus is March 1st.

2019 Ohio Beef School is February 5, 2019 To suggest that 2018 has been a challenge for Ohio’s cattlemen is, at best, an understatement. The weather has made it nearly impossible throughout the year to harvest high quality forage in a timely fashion, the constantly muddy conditions have caused animals to utilize more energy than normal, and even though temperatures have been moderate much of this fall, cows with a constantly wet hair coat have also expended more energy.
