Class 2 March 28, 2017 5:30 PM-Salsa- From the Garden to Table
o Salsa canning (or freezing) basics.
o Recipes that are tested for canning.
o How to prepare peppers for salsa.
o Prepare your own Peach Apple Salsa in class.

Pressure Canner Gauge testing will be aviable for a $5.00 fee.
